MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 8 DAY 5 (55TH day)

 Seens its true that if you need to lose less, its harder, i cant loose these few kg, so im gonna count all calories i eat now. I will also try to practice mindful eating more, as i wasw hungry yesterday evening.

8:30 Today for breakfast i had fried on 1 spoon of oil (120) sea bas (150), onion (60) avocado, (60) tomato (40). I consumed 430 ka.

Then i had coffee and did some exercise. I also started to use my fitbit app as reference of how many carbs i eat and how many ca i consume becausse its very hard to loose weight now, so i need to try harder.

Then i had snack at 11:30-smoked salmon with tomato and leaves. I consumed 102 ka. I also drunk betrrot ( ddnt know it had so many carbs :( ) I consumed extra 100 ka.

Then i did TRX at 12:30

At 2:00 i ate macadamia nuts (300 ka) Didnt see that they had so many calories, only saw that they are low in carbs :(

So far i consumed 930 ka. So,  i wont have dinner, but will have lunch.

I had lunch aka dinner at 4:00. I ate baked sea bas (150) with veggies. Then i ate a bit of cake with butter milk.. 400 ka i know its justv i dont loswe aqny weight so im desparate for sweet things...

From tomorrow on- strikt diet once again!

 also need to eat smaller poprtions but more often, lets say 5 times a day.

Thats it, today  i consumed 1480 ka.

Weight in the morning:  57.5
Weight at night: 57.3 (0.o) which is weird, cause i overate calories and also carbs, but i went to the toilet twice and also did a lot of exercise, so maybe thats why? I hope i will be 56ish tomorrow !
