MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 10 DAY 7 (74RD day)

SUGAR FREE DAY 2

DONT OVEREAT (remember how you felt when you overate cakes, macarooms and makrel)

Tonight i was sick again :( i codultn sleep, i had tommy cramps, so i ad to change my diet to fit my heath issues.

For breakfast i ate toast (1 piece of bread) I know, itf sull of carbs, but i had to have light dish today. 

For lunc i ate rice withbutter (i know, more carbs :( but my health is more important than diet)

Then i had camomile tea and went for a short walk. I decided not to exercise today, just in case.

Then i also ate dry roasted peanuts to get enough ca.

For dinner i ate cabbage wih carrot, onion, herbs, lemon juice.   

Weight in the morning:55.1
weight at night:             56
