MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 11 DAY 2 (76TH day)

I weight 55.2 and im still sick, so i decided not to stay on the diet any longer, some other time i will lose these exra 5 kg. Health is more important!

I need to add slolwy more carbs, each week, So, today i ate 2 spoons of grated carrot and apple. 

For this i will eat half a fruit every day now, as a snack for a week.

Today for breakfast i ate baked salmon with egg, avocado, spring onion. Yummy!

Then i had camomile tea for my tommy and went for a walk.

At 11:00 i had spoon of coconut and peanut butter and drunk green tea.

At 1:00 for lunch i ate cabbage salad with onion and carrot. I also ate cold smoked salmon. Yummy!

Then i had camomile tea.

At 5:00 i had my dinner. I ate fried on 1 spoon of oil pepper, tomato, onion. I also ate spring onionn and leaves.

At 7:00 for a snack i had spoon of peanut butter.

Then i did some exercise.

Weight in the morning: 55.2
weight at night:

AIM: MAINTAIN WEIGHT 

eat half a fruit as a snack every day for a week (22- 29)
eat full fruit as asnack every day for a week (29- 6)


FOR NOW ITS THE END OF MY DIET, MY NEXT BLOG WILL BE ABOUT ME MAINTAINING WEIGHT.
