overeating is my biggest challenge! bacck to the strict diet, and no more bakingor eating shit! Seriously lets get on with this diet! So easy to gain back weight and so hard to loose it...

7:00 For breakfast I ate baked salmon with teriyaki sause, spring onion, leaves, tomato, avocado. I consumed 254 ca
Then i had coffee and went for a walk.
At 11:00 i ate 5 raspberries, to get some vitamins in (10 ca)
12:00 for lunch i had baked vegetables with 1 spoon of oil, smoked salmon, spring onion. I consumed 241 ca.
Then i had green tea.
At 4:00 i had dinner. I ate brocolli with piece of butter, canned makrel. I consumed 321 ca.
So, so far i consumed 826 ca.
Then i had nuts and small piece of 85 per cent of chocolate.
Weight in the morning: 56.7
weight at night: 57.4
