MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 10 DAY 3 (70TH day)

YOU LOOK WHAT YOU EAT
SUGAR FREE DAY 1 (at the end of the day 7 i will have a little treat)

Today for breakfast i had baked salmon with teriyaki sause, cabbage salad (onion, cabbage, carrot). Yummy!

Then i had green tea and went for a walk.

At 1:00 i ate few nuts

At 1:00 i had lunch. I ate tapas bowl with spring onion. 

Then i ate few more nuts.

Then i had coffeeand went for another walk.

At 6:00 i had dinner. I ate brocolli with 1 spoon of butter, canned makrel, spring onion.

At 7:00 i had few more nuts and more... dumn, seems that the hardest thing for me is not to overate nuts :/

Then i did some exercise and went for another walk

Weight in the morning: 56
weight at night:

AIM: to have 55 by Monday
          to have 53 by Friday
