8:00 Today for breakfast i had baked salmon with teriyaki sause, avocado, tomato, lettice. I consumed 158 ka.
Then i had green tea and went for a walk.
At 11 i ate few brazilian nuts (131 ca)
At 12 i had lunch- baked salmon with teriyaki sause, spring onion, tomato, lettice, avocado. I consumed 297 ca.
Then i had green tea and ate 5 cherries and nuts (150). Then i went for a walk.
So i consumed 737 ca so far. Then i had 2 bars of smallchocolate as my heart started thurt.
At 4 i had m dinner. I ate fish with vegetables.
Then i did some exercise.
