MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 10 DAY 1 (68TH day)

Today, for breakfast i had fried pepper on 1 spoons of oil, tomato, onion, egg, avocado, salmon and spring onion.I tried to make portion smaller so i ate small pot :) I consumed 379 ca

Then i had green tea and went for a walk.

At 11:00 i had nuts (20 gr) and then i had more... seriously, i womt be buying them anymore,k i have no self restrain over them! Anyway, i consumed 260 more calories.

Then i drunk green tea.

At 1:30 i had my lunch: I ate mushroom soup with fried pepper on 1 spoon of oil, tomato, onion, spring onion. I ate 225 ca.

Then i had green tea.

At 6:00 i had my dinner. I ate brocolli with 1 spoon of butter, swordfish fried on 1 spoon of oil. I consumed 405 ca.

And then my mum kept ssying that no one eats her cakes so i ate her macarons... 7 of them... CRAZY! then i felt bad, my tommy hurt.. i am crazy!

Then i did a lot of  exercise , as i felt guilty and went for a walk.

Weight in the morning: 55.9
weight at night: 56.2
