MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 8 DAY 7 (58TH day)

 smalled portions, often to eat, I want to have 55 kg by Friday! mindful eating

8:00 Today i decided to eat as little carbs as possible, so no onion etc. For breakfast I ate baked sea bas (100), pickled cucumber, leaves, small piece of avocado (60), a bit of tofu and tuna that was left from yesterday (100 ka). I consumed 270 ca.

Then i had green tea Then i went for a walk.

At 11:00 i had a snack- nuts and 3 cherries. I consumed 100 ka.

So far i consumed 370 ka.

12:00 For lunch i had a piece of cold smoked trout (200), avocado, pickled cucumber, tomat0 (85). I consumed 285 ka.

Then i had coffee and went for a walk.

So, all together I consumed 655 ca. As a snack, i ate a piece of dry bread (84)

I had dinner at 4:00 and i ate baked sea bas with asparagus, tomato. I also ate cold smoked salmon  consumed 300 ca.

I consumed all together 1034 ca.  I also ate 2 pieces of chocolate (50 CA)

To get enough ca, i had a snack at 6:00.

Then i had some herbal tea.

Weight in the morning: 56.7
Weight at night:             57.3
