WE LOOK WHAT WE EAT
Today for breakfast i had baked salmon with egg, avocado, spring onioN.I ate 315 ca.
Then i had green tea and went for a walk.
At 11:00 i had few nuts (20 gr)
At 1:00 for lunch i ate baked salmon with teriyaki sause, spring onion, leaves, tomato.
Then i had a piece of chocolate and at 4 i had nuts.
At 6:00 i ate cabbage with piece of butter, canned makrell (321 ca)
So i ate 1318 ca and overate nbuts again... Wont buy them again!
Then i did some exerise
Weight in the morning: 56.2
weight at night: 56.1
