MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 10 DAY 4 (71TH day)

SUGAR FREE DAY 2

no overeating nuts 

Today, for breakfast i ate tomato, egg, onion fried on 1 spoon of oil, spring onion, avocado, lettice. Yummy!

Then i had cofee and went for a walk.

At 1:00 i ate macadamia nuts

1:00 For lunch i ate sea bream with tomato souce, asparagus, cabbage and carrot, onion and spring onion. i also drunk betrood.

At 5:00 i had brocolli with spoon of butter, fresh sea salted makrel.he makrel was so good that i ate 2... o overate... but it was so yummy and totally worth it! besides, hey, no carbs ;)

At 7:00 i drunk buttermilk, because i need calcium, and dont eat milk products right now, besides it doenst have much carbs in it.And then i ate 2 bars of back chocolate, not because i wanted but because... well, i have to do smth with this...

Then i did some exercise.
