STRICT DIET DAY 2
Yesterday it looks like i overate nuts, so need to stik to the portions!
8:00 Today for breakfast i had baked salmon with teriyaki sause, spring onion, leaves, avocado. I consumed 323 ca.
Then i had coffee and went for a walk.
At 11 I atecelery with peanut and coconut butter.
At 12:30 For lunch i had baked pepper, tomato, aubergines, carrot, onion, courgette, 1 spoon of oil, smoked salmon. Yummy! I consumed 112 ca.
Then i had apple pie which i made myself, cause why not... with green tea.
Then u went out and ate popcorn... Like a lot...I shodulnt go out... I failed... Then i came back home and had another piece of cake...
Weight in the morning:56.7
Weight at night: 58.3 (o.0, but i know why :( )
