MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 9 DAY 1 (59TH day)

 Smaller portions, but more often. Need to have 55 kg by Friday!

8:00 Today for breakfast i ate fried egg with a piece of cold smoked salmon. Yummy! I also ate tomato, pickled cucumber, leaves, scallion. I consumed 450 ka.

For a snack i ate few macadamia nuts (100 ca)

Then i had green tea and went for a walk.

12:00 For lunch i ate tapata bowl (223 ca) with vegetables. I consumed 300 ka.

So i consumed 850 ka so far. 

Then i had coffee and went for another walk.

At 2:30  had snack- salted peanuts (200 ka) Yeah, when it comes t sweets and nuts i cant stop :(

So far i consumed 1050 ca, so i had to eat something that has lttle ca for dinner.

I drunk some green tea to boost my methabolism.

At 5:00 for dinner i went crazy with sweet cherries ( oh well) I ate extra 160 ca, but man, it was worth it! Thebn i also ate 50 g of peanuts...

anyway, lets forget about it, it was my half cheat day ;)

Then i did some exercise

Weight in the morning: 56.7
weight at the evening:  57.7
