MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 8 DAY 6 (57TH day)

 SUGAR FREE DAY 1

eat smaller portions but often , eat only when hungry

8:00 Today for breakast i tried somethinbg new: tuna toffu patties. I used tofu. (300), tuna (100), egg (100), onion, 2 spoons of oil (200). (700 ka) I ate half and left the rest for lunch So i consumed 350 ka. (to make rule smaller portions work)

Then i went for a walk. 

12:00 for lunch i ate the rest of breakfast, because i had too many ka. So i consumed 350 ka.Then i also ate few macadamian nuts (150 ka)

I used 850 ka so far,so for dinner i had baked sea bas with tomato and pickled tomato. I consumed 150 more ca.

Then i went for a walk.

All together i consumed 1000 ka today, and as little catbs as possible, hope i will lose some weight tomorrow, fingers crossed.

I also ate a strawberry. (50 ka) then a piece of dry break (50 ka) i know just too imuch food at home!

Then i had green tea and did some exercise.
