MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 9 DAY 4 (63RD day)

Yesterday i had my day off diet, so i didnt record it. I overate sweets and i felt like pucking when looking at the cake. Seriousl i have to stop doing that, i have to stop when i am full !!!I am doing bad only to myself.
STRICT DIET DAY1

From today on i will start on strict diet, to get it over with because seriously it takes way too long!

Rules to follow:

1.Mindful eating;
2. Eat smaller portions.
3. No sweets or fruits
4. No overeating

8:00 For breakfast i ate baked egg, salmon, avocado, onion. I consumed 304 ca.

Then i had green tea and went for a walk.

11:00 for snack i ate few peanuts (20 g) (144 ca)

1:00 For lunch i had baked aubergines, courgettes, onion, carrot, 1 spoon of oil, smoked salmon. Yummy! I ate 449 ca. Then i also ate another smoked salmon, avocado, tomato, lettice, spring onion (174 ca)

Then i had green tea and went for a walk.

So far i consumed 1071 ca. For dinner i ate few more peanuts

After dinner i went for a walk.

Weight in the morning: 56.1
Weight at night:   57.4
