MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 11 DAY 1 (75TH day)

Today for breakfast i had baked egg with avocado, dill, spring onion. I didnt eat any fish, just in case, even though i felt ok at night, better be safe than sorry.

Then i had camomile tea and went for a walk.

 At 11:00 i had peanuts

At 12:00 i ate cabbage with carrot, onion and cold smoked salmon

At 4:00 i had baked salmon with brocolli, 1 piece of butter, teriyaki sauce and spring onion.

Then i had nuts and went for a walk.

because im still sick (tpmmy hurts) i didnt do any exercise exept for leg ones. 


AIM: HAVE 54 KG TILLL fRIDAY
          HAVE  53 KG TILL MONDAY
          HAVE 52 KG TILL  FRIDAY
          HAVE 50 KG TILL 5TH


Weight in the morning: 55.6 ( i ate too many carbs yesterday and didnt do any exercise)
weight at night:    56.8
