MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 9 DAY 6 (66TH day)

STRICT DIET DAY 2

smaller portions
no overeating
listen to my tommy 
remember why im doing this
be angry at mself and at last finsh it
no cheating 
no overeating nuts!

8:00 For breakfast i had baked sea bream with avocado, asparagus, leaves, spring onion, tomato.

Then i had coffee and went for a walk.

11:00 i had a few nuts (120 ca)

1:00 for lunch i ate vegetables with piece of salomon, lettice, avocado, onion, tomato.
Then i had green tea. 

Then i had more nuts (gosh, need to stop eating them!)

Then i went for a walk.

At 5:00 for dinner i ate brocolli with piece of butter and smoked salmon and then..l overate nuts... sriously! I overate calories, i alte 1800 0.o


Then i did some exercise

Weight in the morning: 56.8
weight at night:      57.1
