MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 10 DAY 5 (72ND day)

 You look what you eat

SUGAR FREE DAY1

NO NUTS OVEREATING

So, tonight i regretted a lot that i ate so much fish, my tommy hurt the whole night and when when i woke up. I undertood that any kind of overeating equals pain. So not gonna do it again, few minutes of heaven not worth whole day of suffering. 

For breakfast i had rice with butter. I know, rice, right? But i was sick, so... that is a good excuse! Before that i ate hazelnuts to be able to eat less rice and it worked ! I consumed 400 ca.

At 1:00 i had baked salmon with teriyaki sause, spring onion, betrood juice. I also ate few more nuts.

Then i had coffee and went for a walk.

Later i ate few more nuts and for dinner at 5:00 i had brocolli with piece of butter, canned makrel.

Then i did some exercise.

Weight in the morning: 55.5 (not because i lost weight but because i shit like twice before weighting, cause i was sick)
weight at night:56.2
