MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 10 DAY 2 (69TH day)

YOU LOOK WHAT YOU EAT

no overeating (you will feel bad with both mind and body)
no overateing nuts
only eat when hungry
exerise a lot- good for body and health
drink a lot of water
mindgul eating 
use bio oil every day

Today for breakfast i had fried sword fish on 1 spoon of oil, brocolli with 1 spoon of butter, spring onion, avocado. Yummy!

Then i had coffee and went for a walk.

At 11:00 i ate peanuts

At 1:00 for lunch i ate baked salmon, asparagus,mushrooms teriyaki sause, cabbage, tomato.

Then i had green tea with few macarons (4) because after all i need to lose weight gradually ;P and they are tasty and at home and free :D 

Anyway, then i did some and went for a run. 

At 3 i felt weird and because it was too early to have dinner, i ate nuts. Then i had herbal tea, because i codulnt have more of the green tea for today.

At 5:00 i had dinner. I ate baked place with mushrooms, cabbage. Yummy! And few more macarons... not because i wanted to, but because my mum made them and they were going to get wasted.. so have to exercise a lot today!

Then i did some exercise and went for a walk.

weight in the morning: 55.7
weight at night:             56.5

AIM: to have 55 by Monday
          to have 53 by Friday
