MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 9 DAY 3 (61TH day)

8:00 Today, for breakfast i ate baked salmon with asparagus, teriyaki sause, spring onion, avocado, tomato. Yummy! I consumed 230 ca.

Today i will only eat when im hungry, smalled portions, no sweets of fruits.;[

Then i had green tea and went for a walk.

At 11:00 i had a snack- few macadamia nuts (145 ca)

At 1:00 For lunch i ate tofu, egg, prawns, tomato, bolognese sauce, 1 spoon of oil. Yummy! I consumed 570 ca.

Then i had green tea.

Then i went craz with nuts :( seriously, nuts drive me nuts! So i consumed 250 more ca, which means i wont eat anything else today, because its only 1, if iwill feel hungry, i will eat olives ;)

Weight in the morning: 56.8 (seriously, this tubborn fat is driving me nuts! But i wont give up! I will get rid of it and will loose more weight!)
