MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 9 DAY 4 (62ND day)

Because i overate nuts yesterday,i found a way to keep them under control- by weighting them. Today i will buy small containers and make weighted portions :)

Rules to follow:
1. Smaller portions;
2. Eat when hungry;
3. Stick to the calories i need;
4. Mindful eating.

8:00 Today for breakfast i ate prawns, baked salmon, asparagus, avocado, tomato, teriaki sauce. I consumed all together 260 ca.

Then i had coffee and went for a walk.

11:30 i had few nuts (120 ca) and went to do TRX at 12:30

Then at 2:00 I ATE few nuts (120)

At 2:30 i had lunch.I ate baked salmon with teriaki sause, tomato, spring onion, asparagus.

Then i had green tea.

So far i consumed 732 ca.

At 6:00 i ate my dinner. I ate cabbage with piece of butter, fish, spring onion, pickled cucumber.I consumed 345 ca.

I drunk green tea.



Weight in the morning: 56.4 (;D)
Weight at night:             57.1
