MY LOW SUGAR AND CARB DIET WEEK 8 DAY 6 (56TH day)



Rule for today: eat smaller portions but more often, also mindful eatingas methabolismslows down when ur hungry. 

9:00 Today for breakfast  are fried on 1 spoon of oil (100)peppers with onion and tomato (100)+ baked salmon with egg and avocado (250). Yummy! I consumed 450 ka.

Then i had coffee to wake up. Then i went for a walk.

At 11 i felt weird, meaning i was hungry, so i ate 10 macademian nuts, which are very low in carbs and full of ca, which is perfect snack for me to fill in. I used 260 ka.

12:00 For lunch i had baked salmon witb teriyaki sause with vegetables. I consumed 200 ka.

Then i had green tea.

Then i went or a mix of walk and run.

At 4:00 i had dinner. I ate cauliflower with with piece of fish (100). 150 ka.

Then  had green tea.

Today i consumed about 1060 ka.Then i ate 3 pieces of dark, 85 per cent chocolate (150 ka) I know i just felt like eating it, meh

Then i went for a walk and did some exercise.
